Netricka Parks

Netricka is a May 2006 graduate of WSHS. Her nickname is “Papricka”. She graduated from WSHS with a 4.0 GPA. While a student at WSHS, she worked for one year as a student athletic trainer.

She will be attending Florida Southern in Lakeland in the fall, majoring in Athletic Training. She is also interested in pre-med.

Her hobbies include hanging out with friends, going to the movies, and “chillin” at her house. While a student at WSHS, she was also a National Honor Society member, a Beta Club member, Safe School Ambassador member and also a Naitonal Society of High School Scholars member.

She enjoyed her work as a student athletic trainer because she got to work with injured and recovering athletes – helping them the best way she could! She loves helping others on a daily basis.

Her advice to future Student Athletic Trainers would be to always remember that all things are possible. Do your best in everything you do. Never let anyone put you down.

Netricka says that the best thing about being a student athletic trainer was that she gained many life-long friends and people who love her. Oh yeah and being with Ms. Sue Ellis. Netricka says that she is the best, she gives good advice and tells you the truth!
