Attention all runners June 9, 2008 is the start of cross-country conditioning! Please meet at the practice football field better known as the pit 6:00p.m.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • All paperwork must me on file with trainers before athlete can participate in Cross Country.
  • Practice is everyday from 2:30p.m. Until about 5:00p.m.
  • Needed – running shorts, training shoes, T-Shirt, water, etc.
  • Practice will include but not limited to the following areas: Winter Springs, Central Winds Park, Trotwood Park, and Seminole Trail.
  • Meet schedule will be e-mail to all runners.
  • All information during the season will be e-mailed to runners in a timely manner.
  • Meet results will also be e-mailed to runners each week
  • It our desire that our Cross Country parents become actively involve the Winter Springs Booster Club. The Booster has supported our program over the years.
  • The school website will have information on meet results and pictures during the season.

SAC Cross Country Meet

SAC Champs
The Boys and Girls Cross Country team work together to bring home the Seminole Athletic Conference (SAC) Championship. Boys team was lead by individual champ Nathan Duby, 2nd place finisher Richie Kamaka, 5th place finisher Brian Dekrey and 7th place finisher Brett Hinds. The girls team was lead by 2nd place finisher Kristen Yokum, 8th place finisher Arielle Loupos and 10th place finisher Elizabeth Adams.
