Expectations:
The 2007 Lady Bears had a record breaking and heart breaking season, going all the way to Disney for the State Final Four, and losing to Lake Brantley . The team finished 18-3 and ranked 3 rd in the state and 135 th in the nation (out of 2058 schools ranked)! The 2008 edition promises to continue the winning way with the return of Seniors Chelsea Kent, Kristi Kemp, Ali D’Angelo, Stephanie Wiedenhofer, Nicole Nariewicz, Lizzy Glavin, Katie Conlon and Juniors Kaitlin Booth and Morgan Barrios.
Kent, D’Angelo, Wiedenhofer, Narkiewicz and Kemp return from a summer stint with the National Team.
Kent, D’Angelo and Wiedenhofer will take the reigns as captains.
Tryouts:
Tryouts will begin on Monday, Jan. 14th, 2008 from 3:30 - 5:30pm at Trootwood Park.
Conditioning:
Physicals must be received by the school training staff prior to participating! Conditioning will commence November 5th, 2007 . Held at the Dog Park Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 4-5pm .
