The Winter Springs High School TV Production CAPE Academy blends technical expertise with creative storytelling to prepare students for success in the fast-paced world of digital media. Through hands-on, project-based learning, students explore every stage of video production—from concept development and scriptwriting to filming, editing, and broadcasting. With access to a fully functioning TV studio, students gain real-world experience operating professional equipment and producing content in a collaborative, studio environment.

In post-production, students develop advanced editing and visual effects skills using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. The program also provides valuable opportunities for students to earn college credits and achieve industry certifications in editing and multimedia software, giving them a competitive edge for both higher education and future careers in media production.
