Attention SENIORS Class of 2025:
WSHS Class of 2025! Beginning Wednesday, August 28, 2024 Seniors will have the ability to leave campus for lunch. Please read the information below about the requirements for Senior Lunch Checkout and the Permission Form that must be completed prior to participation.
Requirements for Senior Lunch Checkout
In order for a Senior to go off campus for lunch on Wednesdays throughout the year, a SENIOR must:
- Have completed the Senior Off-Campus Form in Skyward Family Access
by the end of the day on Friday, August 23, 2024.
- Be a Senior by credit.
- Be Free of school debt.
- Not have 5 Unexcused absences in a semester.
- Have a school ID card and/or Driver's License to scan in and out for checkout.
Location for Senior Lunch Checkout
Senior Lunch Checkout will take place in the hallway between the main administration building (1) and the Media Center.
Senior Lunch Permission Form in Skyward Family Access
Skyward on the Computer:
If you are logging in to Skyward Family Access on a computer, you will see "Online Forms" on the left menu.
Skyward Mobile App:
If you are logging in to Skyward Family Access through the app on your phone, you must click to “Open in Browser”. Then click on the "+" button on the left and select "Online Forms". The form "Senior Off-Campus Form" will be listed.
Important Notes:
- When filling out the release form, the default value is “No”. The parent/guardian must check the box at the end of the form in order to grant permission for Senior Lunch Checkout.
- This form is only accessible in the primary (1st) parent/guardian Skyward Account.
